Slovak border police apprehended 10 Iraqi migrants at a border crossing in the eastern Slovak town of Ubla on March 23.
The group, who were arrested after illegally crossing the Slovak-Ukrainian border, are the first Iraqi migrants to arrive to Slovakia since war started in the Middle East.
The migrants, nine men and one woman, have requested political asylum in Slovakia.
