Reader feedback: No proof, no justification

Re: Reader feedback: Don't blame Bush, March 10 - 16, Vol 9, No 9

Would the world be better off without the UN, with all its problems? Would America be better of without its legislative body? Or Slovakia? After all, they are always just a lot of noise and no bite.

I couldn't care less what happens to Saddam Hussein and I don't think most people do, as long as it is done with the support of international law. Iraq is not a piece of American territory that the US legal system has jurisdiction over. And if [George Bush] out of the blue wants to enforce one UN resolution and not others, then why this one?

Prove to me that I, or Slovakia, or America are Saddam Hussein's target, without rhetoric, mottoes, and slogans. Logical, comprehensive proof. Something you can take to the bank.
