NBS asks Meinl Bank to complete Banka Slovakia purchase

The National Bank of Slovakia has asked Meinl Bank to fulfil the conditions of its agreement to acquire Banka Slovakia.

Meinl Bank had agreed to buy 60 per cent of Banka Slovakia from the National Property Fund for Sk360 million (8.7 million euro).
