US building-materials producer Johns Manville says it will invest Sk3.8 billion (92 million euro) in Trnava-based fibreglass manufacturer Sklobal next year.
The low costs in Slovakia and "the membership of Slovakia in the EU from 2004" played a major role in the decision to invest here, according to a Manville spokesperson.
Trnava attracted investment worth 700 million euro from French company PSA Citroen-Peugeot in January 2003.
