Slovak digital art in Japan

PETRA Štefanková won a prize at the Japanese digital art competition entitled Digital Creation Awards 2002.

The student of graphic design from the University of Fine Arts in Bratislava received the Honorable Mention Award for her unique way of capturing life in Prague in digital form. Štefanková was the only European to win an award among the participants from 16 countries.

The Grand Prize went to Japanese artist Tomohiro Kimura for the work Revival.
