Slovak hockey players record best year in NHL

There are now 36 Slovak hockey players in the top league of the NHL, an increase from 32 last year and 3.6 per cent of the total players. Many of them have beaten personal records this year.

Two Slovak players are featured in the top 10: Pavol Demitra (St. Louis, 93 points) was in sixth place and Zigmund Pálffy (Los Angeles Kings, 85 points) was in 10th place.
