FLORA Bratislava 2003, an international show of flowers, plants, gardening tools and decoration techniques, will run daily (9:00-19:00) from April 30 to May 3 at the Kongresové centrum Incheba (Incheba Congress Centre) on Viedenská cesta 3-7. The show will feature an extensive exhibition of flowers, plants, and decorative trees arranged around fountains, gates, and benches. There will also be cultural programmes and refreshment stands. BRITISH quartet : friday (performing on May 2 at 20:00) is one of a dozen bands that are coming to play at the festival of modern gospel music called Lumen, held annually in the western Slovak town of Trnava. On May 2 and 3, US, Polish, Czech, and Slovak groups will perform starting at 16:00. Various discussions and workshops will also take place.
