Finance Minister Ivan Mikloš has warned that the firms interested in participating in the reconstruction of Iraq are not guaranteed success by appearing on a list prepared by the Slovak investment agency SARIO.
Mikloš warned that firms would need to be more active in order to gain contracts in the country.
