Meinl Bank completes Banka Slovakia purchase

Austrian Meinl Bank now owns a 60 percent share in Banka Slovakia, having purchased it from the National Property Fund (FNM) for Sk360 million (€8.8 million).

FNM spokesperson Tatjana Lesajová stated: "FNM regards the sale price as good, considering the position of Banka Slovakia on the market and its size."
