Strong crown brings down holiday prices

The stronger crown and lower oil prices mean that Slovaks can have cheaper holidays abroad, according to travel agencies.

"Many [prices] are between 5 and 8 percent lower than last year," said Adrián Seikel from the travel agency Reufa Reisen.

He added that prices of holidays to Turkey and Egypt have been further reduced due to a lack of interest in holidays there because of the conflict in Iraq.
