Big stars on the biggest screen

PRESENTING the performances and backstage buzz at the concerts of the biggest stars is the aim of the new movie All Access, currently being screened at the Orange Imax cinema in Bratislava.
This film, featuring Sheryl Crow, Sting, Santana, and Macy Gray performing some of their greatest hits, includes surprising joint appearances of artists who do not usually share a stage. For example, the Dave Matthews Band is shown rocking out with soul legend Al Green, hip-hop diva Mary J. Blige sings lead vocals with George Clinton's band, and hip-hop band The Roots hosts B. B. King on guitar.
The interviews with the artists, which are dubbed into Slovak, look at their musical inspiration and the importance of live performances to them. The concerts presented range from private unplugged guitar sessions in small clubs to big shows in large arenas.
