THE HEAD of the board of directors of chemical firm Chemko Strážske went missing on June 6, but police are reluctant to provide more information.
According to the Slovak daily SME, the businessman Milan Špak was last spotted at a petrol station in the village of Zelenec. The daily speculated that he could either have been kidnapped by the mafia, or could have plotted his own disappearance to avoid possible trouble with the Slovak underworld.
