Harry Potter sold out in Slovakia

Harry Potter mania has come to Slovakia, with bookshops already having sold all of the 400 English copies ordered by local shops. Bookshops report that they are now waiting for new supplies of the book to come in, but already have many reservations.

Another 800 copies of the fifth book in the Harry Potter series, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, are expected to arrive within two weeks. The Slovak version of the book is not expected until February 2004.
