THE WORLD at the Bottom of a Cup is a title of an exhibition that is currently running at the ÚĽUV's Design Studio on Dobrovičova 13 until July 25. Young ceramist Daniel Lichard presents - as the title suggests - various cups, often designed for a particular purpose. There are cups for cappuccino, coffee, water, milk, and sake. FESTIVAL: Rock Night III - Two-day open-air festival holds concerts of well-known Slovak and foreign rock bands, headlineed by UK's The Sweet.

THE RESULTS of the 11th Art Film Festival in Trenčianske Teplice were announced on June 27. The Golden Key for the best Director went to Polish director Piotr Trzaskalski for the film Eddie.
