Slovakia's jobless rate drops again

IN JUNE, the National Labour Office (NÚP) registered 387,561 unemployed ready to take up jobs immediately, a jobless rate of 14.60 percent, a dip of 0.21 percentage points month-on-month and a 3.02-point decrease compared to June 2002.

Slovakia's jobless rate has been steadily declining since January, when it was 17.71 percent.
