Slovakia must build a major road system if it is to compete with the other established countries. That has to be a top priority - or it will miss much needed foreign investment, which boosts employment and the economy.

Slovak government leaders must allocate more funds to local towns and villages.

It's just simple logic. If they don't have the means to get to their businesses, the companies won't come.
