A TOURING exhibition of 25 celebrity waxworks belonging to a Russian museum will open in Bratislava on September 3.

According to the TASR press agency, the display, which has its permanent base at St. Petersburg's Museum of Anthropology, includes the figures of Bill Clinton, Napoleon, Adolph Hitler, Bill Gates, Pope John Paul II, Agatha Christie and her fictional character Hercule Poirot, Sigourney Weaver, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Danny de Vito, Jean Paul Belmondo, Freddie Mercury, and Michael Jackson.

The youngest member of the group is Athina Onassis, granddaughter and only heir of the Greek shipping magnate Aristotle Onassis. The exhibition was earlier shown in Nitra and then in Trnava. The figures will be displayed at Bratislava's Slovenské národné múzeum (Slovak National Museum) on Vajanského nábrežie 2 until the end of September.
