Reader feedback: Ban English!

Re: English more of a threat, Reader feedback, August 24 - 31, Vol 9, No 32

This is an interesting point. Why doesn't MS join the fight to ban English from Slovakia, along with other non-Slovak languages? MS might start by attacking this newspaper, which prints very little in Slovak.

Slovakia for the Slovaks, as they like to cry out. (Ironically, this cry comes more often from pretend Slovaks living outside Slovakia than from Slovaks living in Slovakia. Nationalistic fervour seems to increase exponentially with the number of miles away from Slovakia one lives.)
