Re: Tourists need roads too, Reader Feedback, Sept. 2-7, Vol 9, No 33

The government must take the initiative and allocate funds for the construction of modern highways. If Slovak construction companies give ridiculously high quotes, than the government should look elsewhere. Did you know that over 75% of highway construction and maintenance in England is carried out by Irish construction companies?
