U.S. Steel Košice starts road show in US to lure investors to Slovakia

STEEL maker U.S. Steel Košice launched the second series of Road Show 2003 in New York on November 11 to attract investors to eastern Slovakia, news wire SITA reported.

The road show, lasting until November 14, will provide businessmen with firsthand information on the experience, opportunities, and advantages of investing in Slovakia.

The first road show took place in several US cities this May.

The Economic Development Centre of U.S. Steel Košice organized the road show in cooperation with United States Steel Corporation, the US Embassy in Bratislava, the Slovak Embassy in Washington, and the Slovak Agency for Development of Investments and Trade.
