There are a lot of women here [in Slovakia] who do not make it as far as they could, just because they are not men. Maybe quotas are not at the top of the list of solutions, but one has to do something! There are more women in Slovakia, talking numbers here, and the country is still ruled mainly by men. I think it's ridiculous.
