Bratislava bus firm winner picked

THE ECONOMY Ministry's privatisation commission has selected the winner in a tender for the privatisation of the bus company SAD Bratislava.

The state run TASR news agency wrote that the commission refused to reveal the name of the firm, as Economy Minister Pavol Rusko must officially approve the commission's recommendation.

According to unofficial information, Bus Transport Bratislava, owned by financial-real estate group HB Reavis from Banská Bystrica, won the tender with an offer of Sk540 million (€13.3 million).
