Reader feedback: Roma window dressing

Re: US Steel offers 10 jobs to Roma, News briefs, March 15 - 21, Vol 10, No 10

There are about 350,000 Roma in Slovakia, and only 70 work at US Steel. Isn't this too little for such a big employer? Why doesn't US Steel always offer jobs like this for the Roma, instead of only if a "big problem" with them appears? It reminds me of some kind of marketing.
