Tourist revenues reach Sk5.8 billion

REVENUES from tourist accommodation grew 1.5 percent from the previous year, reaching Sk5.8 billion (€143.09 million) in 2003, the country's Statistic Office reported.

The number of guests in hotels dropped by 2.1 percent to 3.4 million, of which 41 percent were foreigners, the state-run TASR news agency reported.
