FORMER President Michal Kováè said entering the EU was a good occasion for Slovakia to start considering a new national anthem.
According to Kováè, Slovakia now needs an anthem that would reflect the fact that the country is a free state that is part of a big union. The anthem should also outline the country's goals for the future, the Slovak daily Pravda wrote.
