Reader feedback: What's the big deal?

In my opinion cricket is the most boring game in the world, so I find statements such as "explain its [cricket's] beauty" or "cricket is not just a sport, but also a kind of culture for individuals and families" rather amusing. Really, cricket to me is just men in white standing on the pitch for half a day, doing absolutely nothing. I personally saw a man playing cricket get sunstroke. Please, somebody explain "the beauty of cricket" to me.
