Solistes Européens holds concert

WITHIN the Rencontres Européennes Bratislava/Luxembourg series Solistes Européens, the Luxembourg Orchestra will perform at the Concert Hall of the Slovak Philharmonic on July 8 at 19:00.
Led under the baton of Jack Martin Händler, the orchestra will accompany Slovak piano soloist Ladislav Fančovič.

WITHIN the Rencontres Européennes Bratislava/Luxembourg series Solistes Européens, the Luxembourg Orchestra will perform at the Concert Hall of the Slovak Philharmonic on July 8 at 19:00.

Led under the baton of Jack Martin Händler, the orchestra will accompany Slovak piano soloist Ladislav Fančovič. The programme will include Piano Concerto in F by George Gershwin and Symphony No 9 in E Minor, From the New World, by Antonín Dvořák.

The concert is held under the auspices of Ján Figeľ, a member of the European Commission, and is organised in cooperation with the Bratislava Old Town municipality. Tickets are on sale from June 28 to July 2 at the Pressburger Philharmoniker, at Židovská 17 in Bratislava.
