THE SLOVAK government decided on June 30 that the Economy Ministry should prepare a proposal on how to deal with the parliament’s requirement regarding the release of contracts with carmakers Hyundai/Kia and PSA Peugeot
Citroen.
According to Economy Minister Pavol Rusko, Kia does not agree with the publication of the contract.
PSA officials said they did not object to the publication of the contract, except for parts of a memorandum that includes secret technical and business data, wrote the Pravda daily.
The cabinet will discuss the ministry’s proposal next week.
