Rieker sells Sk600 million in first quarter

RIEKER Obuv, one of the largest producers of shoes in Slovakia, made 1.2 million pairs of shoes in the first quarter of 2004, with sales exceeding Sk600 million (€15 million), the private news agency SITA wrote. All of the shoes were exported.

The Komárno-based company employs over 2,200 people, including Rieker's four subsidiaries.
