President gets new spokesman

MAREK Trubač, a reporter with the news channel TA3, will start working as the spokesman for Slovak President Ivan Gašparovič in August this year.

Trubač, 29, studied viticulture and later graduated from the faculty of agriculture at the university in Nitra.

He never actually worked in the argo-sector, but instead took up journalism jobs in various radio and TV stations.
