THE BUSSING company SAD Bratislava will be sold to Bus Transport, a firm backed by the real estate company HB Reavis, the Slovak cabinet decided on July 7, the Pravda daily wrote.
Bus Transport will pay a total of Sk727 million (€18 million), gradually gaining a 57 percent stake in SAD Bratislava.
HB Reavis, which built the Aupark shopping centre and several business centres in the Slovak capital, plans to build a new bus station in Bratislava that should be comparable to the central stations in Paris and London, the firm's management told Pravda.
