Cabinet delivers carmaker contracts

THE SLOVAK cabinet has delivered the state's investment contracts with the carmakers PSA Peugeot Citroen and Hyundai/KIA Motors to parliament, the news wire SITA wrote.

The Slovak cabinet approved the full disclosure of the contracts, excluding business secrets, on July 14. They should be available to deputies next week and the Economy Ministry will publish them on its website.

On June 29 parliament voted in support of an opposition draft resolution giving the government 10 days to submit all contracts between the Slovak Republic and KIA/Hyundai and PSA Citroen to parliament.
