170 students in SAS summer language school

THIS year's 40th annual summer school of Slovak language and culture, Studia Academica Slovaca (SAS), will be attended by more than 170 students from 36 countries.

SAS director Jana Pekarovičová said that the oldest participant is Raoul Alexis, 78, who is attending the SAS school for the eighth time already. The youngest student is 18-year-old Erika Kopanci from the US, the SITA news agency wrote.

The summer school schedule includes Slovak lessons, discussions, and trips around the country.
