Ex-KSS MP to create new party

HERMAN Arvay, a former member of the Slovak Communist Party (KSS) and currently an independent MP, is planning to form his own party called the Party of Minorities, the Pravda daily wrote.

Arvay wants to be the chairman of the new party, which should defend the interests of handicapped people and ethnic and sexual minorities.
