THE SOCIAL Affairs Ministry has presented a new law on the social and legal protection of children that should make child adoptions in Slovakia easier, the SME daily wrote.
The ministry wants to have as many children as possible living in families rather than orphanage homes. International adoptions, whereby foreigners adopt Slovak children, will also be simplified.
