Reader feedback: Tokenism revived

Re: Bill Cosby, Slovak-style, By Martina Jurinová, Sep 6 - 12, Vol 10, No 34

I would prefer to have an article discussing the actual script of the show, its artistic merits as a good piece of entertainment, whether the actors are any good, and how realistic it is.

Why would I watch a show written by Non-Roma and directed by Non-Roma about a well-off Roma family? I would rather see a Roma "Good Times".

Good luck. With all the tokenism in the air, the cast will have a lot of work ahead to try to make a good first impression. Unfortunately, it sounds like a recipe for disaster.
