STV to sell off redundant property

THE PUBLIC TV broadcaster Slovenská Televízia (STV) announced a public tender for the sale of its redundant real estate, the private news agency SITA reported.

According to a member of the STV management, Branislav Zahradník, STV first wants to sell off a boat-house at Viedenská street in Bratislava, a warehouse area in Vinosady, a recreation facility in Limbach, a cinema library warehouse in Chorvátsky Grob, transmission equipment and a parking area in the Bratislava district of Trnávka.

According to expert opinions, the value of the property is Sk85.7 million (€2.07 million).
