Reader feedback: Send kids to Sunday school

Re: Child crime statistics alarming, By Beata Balogová, Sep 27-Oct 3, Vol 10, No 37

In the UK there is a clear correlation between attending Sunday school and crime. As attendance dropped, so crime climbed. If you look at the same phenomenon in other EU countries it is roughly the same as the UK. I don't want to say anything for fear of being misunderstood, but what these statistics say is quite clear to the likes of me. So I would like to say, send young kids to Sunday school and perhaps there would be less crime when they are teenagers. Who knows?
