Roma artist wins Bangladeshi medal

VOJTECH Bilý from the elementary school in Jarovnice, famous for developing Roma art talent under the supervision of teacher Ján Sajko, has won a bronze medal at the third annual international children's art competition in Bangladesh, the TASR newswire reported.

It was the first time Sajko had submitted work by his pupils to the Bangladesh Shishu Academy. Altogether, the organisers received 13,910 works from 34 countries.
