Kia: Construction phase begins

AUTHORITIES IN Žilina issued construction permits to automaker Kia Motors, allowing the company to move forward on its plans to build a car manufacturing plant in Žilina. Construction works were scheduled to start at eight this morning, the SME daily has reported.

Žilina Mayor Jan Slota said that the construction permits are for the carmaker's press and motor room production halls.
