Orange revenue, profits grow

MOBILE phone network operator Orange Slovakia closed the third quarter of 2004 with revenues of Sk14 billion (€350 million), up 18 percent year-on-year, the SITA news agency reported.

The company’s net profit was up 42 percent year-on-year, reaching Sk3 billion (€75 million). At the end of September, Orange had 2.2 million active customers out of Slovakia's 5.5 million inhabitants.
