New passports for young folk

CHILDREN over five years of age will have to have their own passports when travelling abroad. Smaller children can be included in a parent's passport, the SITA news agency wrote.

The changes come with a revision to the law on travel documents that the parliament approved October 27.

Slovakia will start issuing new passports January 1, 2005.
