I hope they publish the information [the files of the communist secret police - ŠtB] so people can see the depth of control the communists had over the people. It should also be shown in its entirety so it will never be forgotten and never allowed to happen again. I applaud the Slovak people's courage to view their dark past so they can have a brighter future. I visited relatives recently and when they talked about the government they still lowered their voice in a whisper. It should never be that way.
