Jarovnice artists succeed in Sweden

AN EXHIBITON of richly colourful paintings by Roma pupils from Jarovnice recently enjoyed great success in Sweden, generating Sk63,264 (€1,586) for the Jarovnice school.

AN EXHIBITON of richly colourful paintings by Roma pupils from Jarovnice recently enjoyed great success in Sweden, generating Sk63,264 (€1,586) for the Jarovnice school.

The event took place at Stockholm's Roma Centre, which plans to stay in contact with the young painters of Jarovnice. They plan to organise a new exhibition at the Museum of Children's Fine Art in Stockholm, which is scheduled to open January 20, 2005.
