Czech company sells majority stake in JOJ

THE SLOVAK Grafobal Group now controls 90 percent of the private Slovak television station JOJ. Czech television station Nova sold its 40 percent stake to Grafobal.

According to the SME daily, TV Nova kept a 10-percent stake in TV JOJ, which is one of three private Slovak networks.

The conditions of the transaction, including the price of the shares, were not revealed.
