Macháč to head Slovak Mission

DIPLOMAT Juraj Macháč will become Ambassador of the Permanent Mission of the Slovak Republic to the United Nations in Vienna, the Slovak Foreign Ministry confirmed December 6.

According to the TASR news agency, Macháč currently works as Director General of the ministry's Division for International Organizations and Security Policy.

He will replace Tomáč Hrbáč, who has been heading the Slovak mission in Vienna at the level of charge d'affaires.
