Land lease for Záhorie

THE ZÁHORIE industrial-technological park is to be built on land leased from the Ministry of Defence. According to government documents, the optimal solution would be to lease the land to Eurovalley, the Malacky-based company administering the park, for a period of 50 years, wrote the SITA news agency.

The Defence Ministry's forestry company, Vojenské lesy a majetky SR, own the plots. Eurovalley will build production units and infrastructure and lease them to individual investors.

The park will comprise a modern complex of production and research facilities built on a 1,320-hectare site in three five-year stages.
