Czech firm sells majority stake in JOJ TV

THE SLOVAK Grafobal Group now controls 90 percent of the private Slovak television station JOJ. Czech television station Nova sold its 40-percent stake to Grafobal.

According to the SME daily, TV Nova kept a 10-percent stake in TV JOJ, which is one of three private Slovak networks.

The conditions of the transaction, including the price of the shares, were not revealed.
