Free Forum crumbling

THE TINY Free Forum (SF) party has called on its member Alexej Ivanko to leave.

The appeal comes after it surfaced that Ivanko met with Pavol Rusko, the chairman of the ruling New Citizen’s Alliance (ANO), where they allegedly discussed Ivanko’s possible joining ANO, together with several other members of the regional Michalovce and Trebišov SF organizations, wrote the Pravda daily.

SF’s Branislav Opaterný said that Ivanko and other Free Forum members were allegedly offered membership of ANO in return for receiving posts in the Office for the supervision of healthcare (ÚDZ) and in the health insurance company Všeobecná zdravotná poisťovňa.

Rusko denied that he has made such promises, but did not deny that ways of being mutually cooperative were discussed.
