IVAN Šramko, who replaced Marián Jusko as governor of Slovakia's Central Bank (NBS) this month, has been nominated as Slovakia's representative on the International Monetary Fund (IMF). Until now Jusko held that position.
By the same token, Šramko, who will serve as NBS governor for the next six years, becomes an alternate governor in the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), the TASR news agency wrote.
